  • Rinse out the detergent dispenser tray every few months.  Use a toothbrush to remove deposits. Clean under the soap dispenser, this is where the water comes from and keep the holes clean so that they do not get blocked.
  • Remove fluff and stray items from the filter at the bottom of the washing machine.  This only applies if you have one to stop draining issues.
  • Run the washing machine empty with washing soda crystals or distilled clear vinegar in the dispenser drawer from time to time to remove limescale deposits and prevent the door seal from becoming mildewed and damaged.
